He took us to hidden places we would never have discovered on our own and introduced us to delicious traditional Japanese dishes and some truly unique flavors. François was a wonderful guide. His explanations, stories, and photos helped us understand and discover a completely different side of Japan, making the whole experience even more interesting and enjoyable.
